What You Need to Know

As of August 2024, all buyers will now be required to sign a contract with a Buyer Agent, called a Buyer Agency Agreement, in order to tour any home that is listed for sale in the MLS. Furthermore, buyers will also need to agree on compensation with their agent, in the event that sellers do not offer buyer agent compensation.
