Site Policies Accessibility

The Dennis Mark Group wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification, captions or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are the most widely used measure of whether a website works for people with disabilities. We design, build and check this site against them.

What that means on this site

  • Text and background colors are chosen to meet the contrast levels in the guidelines.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, and the item you are on is clearly outlined.
  • Form fields have labels, so a screen reader announces what each one asks for.
  • Images that carry information have a text description.
  • Buttons and links are sized to tap comfortably on a phone.
  • Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and at larger text sizes.

Where we are still working

Some content comes from other companies, such as maps, videos, downloadable guides and home search tools. We choose these with accessibility in mind, but we do not control how they are built, and some may not fully meet the guidelines. Older documents carried over from our previous website are being reviewed as well. If anything gets in your way, tell us and we will get you the same information another way.

Need help, or found a problem?

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you would like information in a different format, contact Dennis Mark Interdonato directly. We can email you listing details, go over them by phone, or meet with you in person. It helps to tell us the page you were on and what happened.

We read every message about accessibility and use it to improve the site.
