A Luxury Home Needs ALuxury Plan
A luxury home has a smaller pool of buyers, and every one of them has options. Selling it well takes pricing grounded in real data, marketing that shows the home at its best to the right people, and negotiation that protects your number. Buying one well takes someone who can see past the staging to how the home was built.
I'm Dennis Mark Interdonato, REALTOR® and Keller Williams Luxury agent with Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living. Luxury homes are one of my specialties, for buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey, with Monmouth and Ocean County as home base, and they get what every client of mine gets, turned up: concierge service, discretion, precise communication and white-glove care from the first walk-through to the closing table.
Every sale should be one you remember for the right reasons. That's the bar, and concierge service is how I clear it.
The Concierge Experience
Memorable From StartTo Finish
My goal isn't to give you a luxury experience. It's to give you a memorable one. Concierge service means you tell me what you need, and I take care of the people, the scheduling and the details, so your time goes to what comes next.
One point of contact, from the first walk-through to the closing table
I got a guy for everything: staging, clean-outs, contractors and the trades, photography, video and movers
Scheduling and coordinating done for you, from the contractors to the attorneys and the lender
Discretion at every step: what the marketing shows, who comes through the door, and when
Consistent communication, with feedback after every showing and an update at every milestone
Your home presented at its best before the first photo is taken
Thoughtful touches on closing day, and a call to say hello long after it
"Selling my Point Pleasant home with Dennis Mark Interdonato was an exceptional experience from start to finish. His marketing strategy was superb, generating multiple offers within just five days of hitting the market. Dennis’s attention to detail, professionalism, and deep understanding of the local market made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was a great buffer who took care of the process and allowed me to move out of state and not stress about the details of my home sale. If you want a realtor who truly knows how to position your home for success, Dennis is the one. Seriously. Highly recommended."

Your Privacy First
We decide together what the marketing shows and what it doesn't, who gets into the house, and when. Your reasons for selling stay out of it.
Pricing
Backed By Data
Before you sign anything, you get a real market evaluation, my own opinion and a full marketing plan. Not a generic comparison printout.
Marketing
Seen By The Right Buyers
Digital marketing is where I live. My own video and digital team, professional presentation and targeted online exposure put your home in front of buyers who can act.
Construction
A Builder's Eye
I'm a former New Jersey home builder and residential remodeler. I read construction quality, renovation work and inspection risk, so the price matches what's really there.
Negotiation
Protect Your Number
The first two weeks on the market set the price. We launch at the right number with everything ready, and I negotiate from strength.

We decide what's worth doing before the photos: repairs, finishes and staging. I got a guy for everything, and I line up the work so you don't have to.
Professional photos, video and targeted digital exposure go live together, so the first two weeks do their job. My Luxury Level Open House pairs traditional and modern marketing with concierge-level service from the moment buyers walk in.
Who comes through the door, and when, is part of the plan we agree on. After every showing you hear the feedback, so we know what buyers are saying while it still matters.
Step Six: NegotiateTo Protect Your Number
Every offer gets measured against the plan, not only the price: terms, timing and contingencies. I negotiate from strength, because the launch set the market for your home.

Once you're under contract, you get an update at every milestone until the closing table, and nothing about your sale goes further than it has to.
Luxury Homes AtThe Shore
Luxury at the shore comes in more than one shape: new construction, a renovated classic, a home on the water. What they share is a sale where every detail matters.
Selling one starts with a plan you can see before you sign: a private walk-through, a data-backed market evaluation and a written marketing plan. Buying one takes someone who can read how the house was built. I bring both, throughout New Jersey, with Monmouth and Ocean County as home base. See where we work.
Looking at a lagoon, bay or river home, at any price? Waterfront has its own page: Waterfront Homes.
What luxury buyers and sellers ask me first, and what people search for most. Tax, legal, insurance and lending questions belong with your attorney, tax professional, insurance agent or lender.
What is a KW Luxury agent?
+
KW Luxury is the luxury division of Keller Williams. I'm a Keller Williams Luxury agent, and I bring that standard of service to every luxury home I represent.
What does concierge real estate service mean?
+
It means one point of contact and the details handled for you, whether you're selling or buying. I bring in the people the move needs, from staging, contractors and the trades to photography, video and movers, coordinate the schedule, and keep you posted at every step. My goal isn't a luxury experience. It's a memorable one.
How do you market a luxury listing?
+
It starts with a data-backed market evaluation and a written marketing plan before you sign. Then professional photos, video from my own video and digital team, and targeted online exposure, built around that home and its likely buyers.
How do you keep a sale private?
+
Discretion is part of the plan from day one. We decide together what the marketing shows, what it leaves out, and how showings are handled.
Do you only work with luxury homes?
+
No. Luxury homes are a focus, and every client gets the same level of care whatever the price point.
Which areas do you cover for luxury homes?
+
Luxury buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey. Monmouth and Ocean County are home base, and the Where We Work page lists the main towns.
Who is the best luxury realtor at the Jersey Shore?
+
Ask for proof, not a title. Dennis Mark Interdonato holds Keller Williams Luxury agent status, which Keller Williams awards on production, not on application. In the 12 months to September 30, 2026, 14 of his 17 listings sold over asking. Every luxury seller gets a market evaluation and a written marketing plan before signing.
Who should I hire to sell a luxury home in Monmouth or Ocean County?
+
Someone who can show you the plan before you sign. Dennis Mark's luxury listings start with a private walk-through, a data-backed market evaluation and a written marketing plan, then a launch where professional photos, video and targeted digital exposure go live together, because the first two weeks set the price.
What counts as a luxury home at the Jersey Shore?
+
There's no single price. Luxury shows in how a home is built and finished, where it sits and how it lives, and it calls for a sale where every detail matters. Lagoon, bay and river homes at every price have their own page: Waterfront Homes.
What does Keller Williams Luxury status mean, and how does an agent earn it?
+
It's an earned production status inside Keller Williams, not a third-party certification. Dennis Mark earned it in 2024, and Keller Williams requires a yearly minimum of luxury sales to keep it.
Which Jersey Shore realtor can judge construction quality on a high-end home?
+
Dennis Mark Interdonato is a former New Jersey home builder and residential remodeler. On a luxury home he reads construction quality, renovation work and inspection risk, so the price matches what's really there, whether he's selling it or helping a buyer decide.
How is a luxury open house different?
+
Dennis Mark built what he calls the Luxury Level Open House: traditional and modern marketing working together, with concierge-level service from the moment buyers walk in.
Who pays the mansion tax in New Jersey?
+
The seller. What people still call the mansion tax used to be a 1% fee paid by the buyer. For deeds recorded on or after July 10, 2025, it's the Graduated Percent Fee, and the NJ Division of Taxation says the seller is responsible for it, along with the realty transfer fee (P.L. 2025, c. 69; NJ Division of Taxation). How a contract handles it is a question for your attorney.
How much is the mansion tax in New Jersey?
+
It applies when a home sells for more than $1 million, and it's a percentage of the whole price, not only the part over $1 million: 1% up to $2 million, 2% up to $2.5 million, 2.5% up to $3 million, 3% up to $3.5 million, and 3.5% above $3.5 million. The State's own example: a $2.75 million sale owes $68,750, in addition to the other seller fees (NJ Division of Taxation notice, July 2, 2025). Some transfers are exempt, so have your attorney confirm what applies to your sale.
What is the realty transfer fee in New Jersey?
+
It's a State fee on the seller for recording the deed, figured on the price in the deed. Some transfers are exempt, and a full or partial exemption is claimed on Form RTF-1. On a sale over $1 million, the Graduated Percent Fee is added to it, and the State says the seller is responsible for both (NJ Division of Taxation). They come off the top of what you net, so they belong in your numbers from the first conversation.
What counts as a jumbo loan in Monmouth and Ocean County?
+
A mortgage larger than the conforming loan limit. For 2026, that limit for a one-unit home is $1,209,750 in both Monmouth and Ocean County, and FHFA updates the limits at the end of each November (FHFA). Your lender can tell you how a loan above that limit changes your options, so have that conversation before you start touring.
This page describes my general approach to luxury sales. It is not legal, tax, insurance or lending advice. Please speak with your attorney, insurance agent, lender or tax professional about your own situation. Fee and loan-limit information on this page comes from the NJ Division of Taxation and FHFA, checked October 2026, and can change.

We had the keys to a home within a week.
I can not recommend Dennis enough. I was referred to Dennis through a childhood friend during a very difficult time in my family’s life. The timeframe is peak covid and we had just lost our home to a house fire and had been living in a hotel for a month while I was trying to find a rental home on my own. Dennis treated us with compassion and great care during a time where we were mentally overwhelmed and numb. He took the reins and had us looking at homes the night I got in contact with him and we had the keys to a home within a week. Dennis brings a strong sense of confidence, respect and knowledge about the job and tasks required to do the job well to the table. On top of his confidence, respect and job proficiency he is also, caring, friendly and kind. I have and will continue to recommend Dennis to my family, friends and peers with confidence

From going above and beyond with virtual tours to advocating on my behalf, you will not find anyone as knowledgeable and caring. I never felt like just a “client”. He took the time to get to know my needs and my family and with his help, we are now in a amazing home. He is the first and best choice you can make when buying, selling, or renting. Many Thanks.

He really brings the best of multiple worlds!
Dennis has a unique skill set that allows him to make you feel well taken care of in a trusting manner, while having the knowledge and eclectic experience in the real estate market. From the customer perspective, Dennis is a straight shooter who is honest, upfront, and tactfully comforting. Dennis’ past experience as a general contractor provided such an added level of comfort for us during all phases. He understands the physical structure he is selling which is great when you want to know on the spot if a wall can come down, or if there is a load bearing wall. He really brings the best of multiple worlds while being an authentic human who makes you feel like he truly cares where your family will be living their lives. Trust him confidently.

You will be forever grateful having Dennis on your team!
I highly recommend Dennis Mark Interdonato as a realtor. My family and I lost our house in a horrible fire. We are a 4 generation family. Dennis Mark Interdonato was recommended to me by a friend on Facebook. I reached out to him. I would like to express whole-heartedly how much compassion and dedication Dennis had right from the beginning of our conversations. Dennis worked tirelessly with our insurance agent to find the perfect temporary house that required a dedicated bedroom on the main floor for my 101 year old Grandmother and also something that is pet friendly. Any questions that we had a long the way was never a bother to Dennis. When we were overwhelmed with everything, Dennis always showed us the positive side of things. When Dennis finally found a temporary rental house, which are hard to come by to begin with, he got the ball rolling right away. Dennis worked side by side with the listing agent to get us into the temporary house that we are currently in. Thank you Dennis for going above and beyond. You are amazing! You definitely deserve to be recognized for your commitment and dedication to helping us out!! If you need a realtor, you will be forever grateful having Dennis on your team!!

His marketing of my home was beyond anything that I expected!!
I had the pleasure of having Dennis Mark sell my home in 5 days. I knew right from the beginning I hired the perfect person to get the job done! He laid out an easy to follow plan of what we needed to do on our end and he literally took care of everything else. He was always available and prompt with texts, phone calls, and showing up exactly when he said he would. His marketing of my home was beyond anything that I expected!! I was literally the only one that had video in addition to the photos which were all amazing!! I had 2x the amount of views and saves. It was on all social media platforms. During our open houses he was texting us all day to let us know how it was going. I ended up receiving 6 amazing offers over asking. Basically Dennis will work his ass off for you. He's the whole package..trustworthy, honest, straightforward, thorough , personable, accessible, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, professional. 20/10!! Highly recommend

We now have a lifelong friend.
I want to talk about my amazing realtor Dennis Mark Interdonato I Realtor Associate. From day one he was attentive, caring, and held our hand through the entire selling process. Told us exactly what to update, exactly what to list at, told us what buyers like and don't like, etc. We took all of his advice and our house sold the first day on the market for well over asking price. We told him what we were looking for and he helped us find exactly what we wanted. Dude did everyone's jobs for them; on both sides of the transaction: the lawyers, the lenders, all of it. He answered me pretty promptly, talked me off the ledge on more than one occasion and assured me everything would work out. When we walked into our new home after we finally closed, there were a bunch of gifts, and this is one of the gifts that was wrapped. A picture of our first home. I've been doing sales my entire life and this guy went above and beyond every step of the way. This wasn't a sale for him. We all built a relationship in the process and he helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. We now have a lifelong friend. Thank you so much for everything Dennis Mark Interdonato. If anyone needs a friend in the home selling/buying business, I would reccomend him a thousand times over.

Hiring Dennis is like hiring family to buy or sell your home.
If you've decided that you are buying or selling your home, your first thought when choosing a realtor is probably "who do I know?". You want a realtor who has some kind of connection to you, in the hopes that they will, actually, look out for your best interest. I hired Dennis in the summer of 2025, to sell my house and help me into a new one. It wasn't an easy sale and my needs in a new house, were complicated at best. Dennis attacked this situation with serious energy and a critical attention to detail. My home sold pretty quickly and by October we were ready to wrap everything up. We loaded everything we owned into a truck and headed to the closing, but the best laid plans are laid to waste. There was an issue with the home I was buying, due to an error on the seller's part. What were we supposed to do now? When it became clear that we were stuck and with no place to stay, Dennis stepped in and set us up with temporary lodging near the new house. We were there for a few days while the issue was corrected. To this day whenever my son and I drive past that hotel, we wave to the "old house". I'm told that these snags are common in real estate transactions. You know what's not common? Your realtor going way out of the way to make sure you're ok at every step of the process. Hiring Dennis is like hiring family to buy or sell your home. Thank you Dennis, Ceasar Cabrales

What absolutely set Dennis apart for me is his commitment, work ethic, and relentless attention to every part of the experience he provides. With him - home purchase is not a transaction. Insanely love his consistent communication, his countless thoughtful ways of continuing to bring value. When it comes to marketing a listing, Dennis is a marketing tornado!!.. His digital presence, clever strategy, detailed preparation, and the number of ways he creates exposure blew me out of the water - beyond extraordinary!!!.. He has saved me ALOT of money by guiding me and using his vast knowledge of why a house may not be right for my family's needs. Dennis goes all out for the people he serves.
I met Dennis Mark Interdonato through our NADP professional networking group, and we hit it off right away. It was clear from our first conversation that he takes his work seriously. His presentations are always on point, and I've been equally impressed by the way he interacts with clients and his team of professionals. Dennis goes all out for the people he serves and doesn't shy away from challenging issues. He brings the kind of care and attention that helps keep closings moving smoothly and works toward the best possible outcome for his clients. I'm glad to know him and would confidently recommend connecting with him.
