Dennis Mark Interdonato, REALTOR® and Master CDRE®, is the founder of The Dennis Mark Group at Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living. As a Master Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert through the Ilumni Institute, Dennis Mark provides neutral, court-aware representation during divorce-related sales, following an ethical code designed to protect both parties and preserve equity, beyond the NAR Code of Ethics every REALTOR® follows. A graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in marketing, he served 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserve as an artilleryman and Drill Sergeant, and he brings that leadership, discipline and accountability to every client relationship. Each year he organizes a Veteran Food Pantry Drive benefiting the Bill Reeves Food Pantry in Toms River, housed by Vetwork, and he takes part in Keller Williams RED Day and the Righteous Few Motorcycle Club’s yearly charity event.

I want to talk about my amazing realtor Dennis Mark Interdonato I Realtor Associate. From day one he was attentive, caring, and held our hand through the entire selling process. Told us exactly what to update, exactly what to list at, told us what buyers like and don't like, etc. We took all of his advice and our house sold the first day on the market for well over asking price. We told him what we were looking for and he helped us find exactly what we wanted. Dude did everyone's jobs for them; on both sides of the transaction: the lawyers, the lenders, all of it. He answered me pretty promptly, talked me off the ledge on more than one occasion and assured me everything would work out. When we walked into our new home after we finally closed, there were a bunch of gifts, and this is one of the gifts that was wrapped. A picture of our first home.
