Dennis Mark Interdonato

Dennis Mark Interdonato is a local of the Jersey Shore area. He grew up in Monmouth County and now resides in Ocean County. After graduating from Howell High School, he attended Ramapo College of NJ, where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing, all while performing his duties as a soldier in the US Army Reserve. In 2007, he was honorably discharged from the Army Reserve after serving 10 years as an artilleryman and a Drill Sergeant.

After graduation, he went into the family business, where he spent the better part of 17 years working as a new home builder & major remodeler with his father, Dennis Sr., and his brother, Kevin. Ready for a new challenge, he obtained his real estate salesperson license in 2007 and has been serving the Jersey Shore community ever since. In 2012, the family began flipping homes while they continued to run their building and remodeling business, in addition to helping numerous families rebuild and start over after Superstorm Sandy hit. Dennis Mark and Dennis Sr. have traveled the country meeting new real estate mentors and learning the ins and outs of how to be a successful flipper and Realtor in this state.

Dennis Mark is truly invested in the process of buying and selling, providing an honest and educational service for his clients. With his extensive experience in developing, home building, remodeling, and flipping, he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all phases of buying and selling, in addition to being a true asset to work with investors and builders alike.

Since diving into real estate full-time, Dennis Mark has solidified himself as a leader in his office, making the top 10 in sales volume the last 2 years, along with being selected for 3 different seats on both the MLS and state committee boards. He holds the PSA, ePro, and SRS designations, is a business coach to other agents, and a member of the leadership committee in his office, in which they make all the major decisions for the office.

As a Realtor, Dennis Mark specializes in the marketing and negotiating of residential real estate. As an individual, he gives back to his community throughout the year via food drives, fundraisers with his motorcycle club, the Righteous Few MC, and raising community awareness for our Veterans. In his spare time, he enjoys eating out at different restaurants and writing reviews about them. So much so, that he ranks in the top 10% of diner reviewers in the country on Google. So, if you ever want to know the way to Dennis Mark’s heart – it is 100% through his stomach!
