Howell’s median sale price for 2026 through September was $660,000. A home at $850,000 and up has fewer close comparable sales, so its price takes judgment as well as data, and selling it takes marketing that reaches past the usual buyers.
Dennis Mark Interdonato holds Keller Williams Luxury agent status, an earned production status inside Keller Williams, and he grew up in Ramtown, in the southeast corner of Howell. Since January 2024 he has sold two Howell homes at $850,000 and up.
One was a log-cabin-style home on three-quarters of an acre near the Howell and Freehold border, with a large detached garage, the kind of home that draws a specific buyer. He priced it at market value, held a broker open house and a first-weekend open house, and it sold at its full list price. The other was a purchase for a buyer relocating from out of state: he showed homes on the client’s trips in, built rapport with the listing agent before the offer went in, and handled most of the deal while his client was across the country.
Luxury listings with him get professional photography, video and drone, social media ads, an invited twilight open house filmed for more marketing, and an upgrades list of the home’s brand-name finishes. Luxury buyers get video tours before they walk through, and a call from him to the listing agent before an offer goes in.
In his words: “A luxury buyer expects your time. They expect you to be there with them every step of the way.” See Luxury Homes and Relocating to the Jersey Shore.
