I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone!!!

Dennis helped us buy our current house and has both professional work ethic and is extrememly knowledgeable. He was always there to answer any questions we had and was very patient with us in the process. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone and he will continue to be our agent for any future needs.

We had the keys to a home within a week.

I can not recommend Dennis enough. I was referred to Dennis through a childhood friend during a very difficult time in my family’s life. The timeframe is peak covid and we had just lost our home to a house fire and had been living in a hotel for a month while I was trying to find a rental home on my own. Dennis treated us with compassion and great care during a time where we were mentally overwhelmed and numb. He took the reins and had us looking at homes the night I got in contact with him and we had the keys to a home within a week. Dennis brings a strong sense of confidence, respect and knowledge about the job and tasks required to do the job well to the table. On top of his confidence, respect and job proficiency he is also, caring, friendly and kind. I have and will continue to recommend Dennis to my family, friends and peers with confidence

He is the first and best choice you can make.

There aren’t enough words to say how much I am thankful for the amazing service and experience I had with Dennis. From going above and beyond with virtual tours to advocating on my behalf, you will not find anyone as knowledgeable and caring. I never felt like just a “client”. He took the time to get to know my needs and my family and with his help, we are now in a amazing home. He is the first and best choice you can make when buying, selling, or renting. Many Thanks.

He really brings the best of multiple worlds!

Dennis has a unique skill set that allows him to make you feel well taken care of in a trusting manner, while having the knowledge and eclectic experience in the real estate market. From the customer perspective, Dennis is a straight shooter who is honest, upfront, and tactfully comforting. Dennis’ past experience as a general contractor provided such an added level of comfort for us during all phases. He understands the physical structure he is selling which is great when you want to know on the spot if a wall can come down, or if there is a load bearing wall. He really brings the best of multiple worlds while being an authentic human who makes you feel like he truly cares where your family will be living their lives. Trust him confidently.

Absolute great human and real estate agent!

Dennis is amazing. He is firm with negotiations but is also realistic and completely transparent. If he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he immediately reaches out to his extensive network to get the answer. Absolute great human and real estate agent!

10/10 will recommend him to anyone!

Dennis is one of the most genuine individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is a bold and rugged person who goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are satisfied with his work. A no nonsense type of person, he will cut things straight to the point and give you the good and bad without beating around the bush. I have seen how he handles his clients personally and cannot wait to work with him on my future purchase. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent.

The whole experience was great!

Dennis went above and beyond helping us find our home. We told him what we were looking for, and he found all the homes in our range that met our needs. Thanks to his hard work we found a home that was perfect for us, and his extensive background in construction made sure everything was up to par before helping us through the process. With his help and legwork, the whole experience was great. When there were issues on the sellers end, he went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal we could. There isn’t anyone else we would trust as much as Dennis to find a home!

Professional and courteous!

Dennis did a wonderful job making the home buying experience easy. He is professional and courteous in all of his communications and would recommend to anyone who is searching for their dream home. Thank you, again!

You will be forever grateful having Dennis on your team!

I highly recommend Dennis Mark Interdonato as a realtor. My family and I lost our house in a horrible fire. We are a 4 generation family. Dennis Mark Interdonato was recommended to me by a friend on Facebook. I reached out to him. I would like to express whole-heartedly how much compassion and dedication Dennis had right from the beginning of our conversations. Dennis worked tirelessly with our insurance agent to find the perfect temporary house that required a dedicated bedroom on the main floor for my 101 year old Grandmother and also something that is pet friendly. Any questions that we had a long the way was never a bother to Dennis. When we were overwhelmed with everything, Dennis always showed us the positive side of things. When Dennis finally found a temporary rental house, which are hard to come by to begin with, he got the ball rolling right away. Dennis worked side by side with the listing agent to get us into the temporary house that we are currently in. Thank you Dennis for going above and beyond. You are amazing! You definitely deserve to be recognized for your commitment and dedication to helping us out!! If you need a realtor, you will be forever grateful having Dennis on your team!!

He’s truly dedicated to the field and it shows.

Dennis was our realtor in the home buying process. House hunting is extremely difficult in the current market, but Dennis was always there to support and guide us. He went above and beyond as a realtor and I’ll always be grateful for that. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, wants what’s best for his clients and do everything he possibly can do to make it happen. He’s truly dedicated to the field and it shows. I would highly recommend. Thank you Dennis !

Had a great experience working with him!

Dennis was amazing. Had a great experience working with him. He walked through the buying process each step of the way and fought to get closing. He’s a great guy to have on your side you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Dennis for all your hard work

His marketing of my home was beyond anything that I expected!!

I had the pleasure of having Dennis Mark sell my home in 5 days. I knew right from the beginning I hired the perfect person to get the job done! He laid out an easy to follow plan of what we needed to do on our end and he literally took care of everything else. He was always available and prompt with texts, phone calls, and showing up exactly when he said he would. His marketing of my home was beyond anything that I expected!! I was literally the only one that had video in addition to the photos which were all amazing!! I had 2x the amount of views and saves. It was on all social media platforms. During our open houses he was texting us all day to let us know how it was going. I ended up receiving 6 amazing offers over asking. Basically Dennis will work his ass off for you. He's the whole package..trustworthy, honest, straightforward, thorough , personable, accessible, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, professional. 20/10!! Highly recommend

We now have a lifelong friend.

I want to talk about my amazing realtor Dennis Mark Interdonato I Realtor Associate. From day one he was attentive, caring, and held our hand through the entire selling process. Told us exactly what to update, exactly what to list at, told us what buyers like and don't like, etc. We took all of his advice and our house sold the first day on the market for well over asking price. We told him what we were looking for and he helped us find exactly what we wanted. Dude did everyone's jobs for them; on both sides of the transaction: the lawyers, the lenders, all of it. He answered me pretty promptly, talked me off the ledge on more than one occasion and assured me everything would work out. When we walked into our new home after we finally closed, there were a bunch of gifts, and this is one of the gifts that was wrapped. A picture of our first home. I've been doing sales my entire life and this guy went above and beyond every step of the way. This wasn't a sale for him. We all built a relationship in the process and he helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. We now have a lifelong friend. Thank you so much for everything Dennis Mark Interdonato. If anyone needs a friend in the home selling/buying business, I would reccomend him a thousand times over.

The experience I had with Dennis Mark was like no other.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences for anyone. I have bought and sold a few homes and the experience I had with Dennis Mark was like no other. Full transparency, I am close friends with Dennis but he still knows how to differentiate business and friendship. Dennis made this experience absolutely stress free from the uncanny marketing of our property to alleviating all stress and always ensuring us he has everything and to just let him do what he does best. That is what he did and after so many offers in such a short timeframe we successfully sold our home and could not be happier. If you are looking for a realtor that puts the CUSTOMER first, you dont have to look further. Dennis truly cares about your experience and will bend over backwards to make it unforgettable and as stress free as possible. Thank you so much for helping us turn the page on our next chapter.

Hiring Dennis is like hiring family to buy or sell your home.

If you've decided that you are buying or selling your home, your first thought when choosing a realtor is probably "who do I know?". You want a realtor who has some kind of connection to you, in the hopes that they will, actually, look out for your best interest. I hired Dennis in the summer of 2025, to sell my house and help me into a new one. It wasn't an easy sale and my needs in a new house, were complicated at best. Dennis attacked this situation with serious energy and a critical attention to detail. My home sold pretty quickly and by October we were ready to wrap everything up. We loaded everything we owned into a truck and headed to the closing, but the best laid plans are laid to waste. There was an issue with the home I was buying, due to an error on the seller's part. What were we supposed to do now? When it became clear that we were stuck and with no place to stay, Dennis stepped in and set us up with temporary lodging near the new house. We were there for a few days while the issue was corrected. To this day whenever my son and I drive past that hotel, we wave to the "old house". I'm told that these snags are common in real estate transactions. You know what's not common? Your realtor going way out of the way to make sure you're ok at every step of the process. Hiring Dennis is like hiring family to buy or sell your home. Thank you Dennis, Ceasar Cabrales

Dennis is a marketing tornado!!

There is only one Dennis Mark. We know SO MANY REALTORS… everyone does. Dennis is in a league of his own!!! What absolutely set Dennis apart for me is his commitment, work ethic, and relentless attention to every part of the experience he provides. With him - home purchase is not a transaction. Dennis builds personal relationships and stays present long after our closing was over: love his magazine, weekly top 5 tips, helpful guides, events. Insanely love his consistent communication, his countless thoughtful ways of continuing to bring value. When it comes to marketing a listing, Dennis is a marketing tornado!!.. His digital presence, clever strategy, detailed preparation, and the number of ways he creates exposure blew me out of the water - beyond extraordinary!!!.. He doesn't sugar coat things.

Dennis and his team went above and beyond!! I live across country and they previewed multiple houses for a short term rental I needed while searching for the "forever" home to buy. Dennis always responses to my call / texts and answers my questions with extensive knowledge. He has saved me ALOT of money by guiding me and using his vast knowledge of why a house may not be right for my family's needs. He doesn't sugar coat things and explains the area, market, prices with complete honesty. He even talked me out of a home with a possible huge commission and recommended he work harder to find us the right home! If you are searching for ANY home in NJ or need advice. Dennis is your man!

His dedication and work ethic are truly unmatched.
