Being a Homes.com member agent means a home I list gets more than a listing: a Matterport 3D tour on eligible homes, a contact card that sends every buyer question to me, and Homes.com's marketing tools working behind it. I'm Dennis Mark Interdonato with The Dennis Mark Group at Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living, and I joined Homes.com as a member agent in August 2026. Here's what that partnership does for your home, and what it has done in its first two months.
What does it mean that I'm a Homes.com member agent?
It means Homes.com's member tools work on every home I list. My profile on Homes.com carries a "Member Agent" badge, my membership runs for twelve months, and on day one my Homes.com account executive and I built a plan around it.
I didn't join to collect a badge. I joined because the tools put a seller's home in front of more buyers and put those buyers in touch with the agent who knows the home. You can see the whole picture on my Homes.com partner page.
What does Homes.com add to a home I list?
- A Matterport 3D tour on every eligible listing, included with my membership. Homes.com puts its value at about $450 per home. Buyers walk through the rooms from a phone or a laptop, with the floor plans right beside the tour.
- Homes.com display ads for the listing. 647 Colts Neck Rd has had 12,282 display ad views on my Homes.com dashboard as of October 27, 2026.
- My contact list as an advertising audience, so past clients and the people in my network keep seeing my brand and my marketing.
- Homes.com brochures in my listing presentation, so you see the plan before you sign anything.
- A complete agent profile buyers can check before they call: my bio, specialties, reviews, and a map of five years of my listings and sales.
What does a buyer see on one of my Homes.com listings?
Open 647 Colts Neck Rd on Homes.com and the first screen is the photo gallery: a twilight exterior, drone shots, the floor plan and a "360" button that opens the 3D tour. Under it are the price, the address, an estimated monthly payment and the home's details: beds, baths, square feet and price per square foot. To the right sits my contact card.
That's the point of a good listing page. A buyer should know the home before they ever step inside, and the buyers who book a showing are the ones who already like what they saw.
Who answers when a buyer asks about your home?
I do. The contact card on each of my listings shows my name, my photo and my phone number, with Homes.com's own line under it: "Only Homes.com always connects you with the Listing Agent." Homes.com calls its approach "your listing, your lead".
For you as the seller, a question about your home goes to the agent who walked every room with you, priced it with you and knows what you want out of the sale, not to someone who bought the ad space next to your photos.
What has the partnership done so far?
My Homes.com dashboard shows these numbers as of October 27, 2026:
- The day I joined, my listings had 257,069 views on Homes.com, built up over the years before. Two months later, my listings and profile are at 575,401. That's more than double.
- My listings have shown at the top of Homes.com search results 16,876 times, up from 2,078 when I joined.
- 647 Colts Neck Rd, my most-viewed listing, has 64,109 views. 126C Farrington Ct has 39,787, and 102 Canterbury Ln has 24,002.
Views don't sell a house on their own. The way I see it, they're where a sale starts: more of the right buyers see the home, more of them book a showing, and you're in a stronger position when the offers come in.
Is Homes.com the only place I market your home?
No. Homes.com is one part of the plan. Some of my listings also go on Zillow Showcase, and the homes I list get their own pages on this website. Homes.com's tools sit on top of all of that, and I'll show you exactly where your home will appear before it goes live.
How do you see the plan for your home?
Start with where your home stands today. My home value page gives you a starting number. From there, I'll walk you through the full marketing plan, Homes.com brochures included, so you know what buyers will see and who they'll be talking to.
By the time we're done, you're not going to have any questions left about how your home gets seen.
