Brick Township, Ocean County, NJ
Dennis Mark Interdonato is a Realtor® and Master CDRE® who leads The Dennis Mark Group at Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living, with the team office at 44 Princeton Ave in Brick. He has spent the last two years building his business in Brick, and since January 2024 he has sold more homes in Brick Township than in any other town. He was named Brick Chamber of Commerce - Rookie of the Year, 2026.
Most of his clients are making a move: selling one home and buying the next, often at the same time, or selling at the Shore to move out of the area. Brick gives them plenty to choose from, from lagoon homes off Barnegat Bay to houses on the Metedeconk River and neighborhoods well inland. A growing share of his business is luxury homes, at $850,000 and up.
He brings a builder’s background to every sale. He has been in construction since 2003, including years building and remodeling New Jersey homes, so he walks a Brick house the way a builder does, and he knows who to call when something needs fixing before it lists.

Why Dennis Mark
As he puts it: “One great thing about Brick is that it has a little bit of everything.”
Waterfront
“The one thing about Brick that people don’t realize is that it has a lot more waterfront than expected,” Dennis Mark says. Much of it sits in lagoon neighborhoods off Barnegat Bay and Kettle Creek, and along the Metedeconk River. Before a Brick waterfront home lists, or before his buyer makes an offer, he checks five things:
Sellers get those answers into the listing, so they don’t surprise a buyer during inspections. See Waterfront Homes.
The market snapshot on this page updates each month from the MLS. In September 2026, the Brick homes that sold spent a median of 16 days on the market, 100 homes sold, and 274 were for sale, about 3 months of supply. Your street and price range can move faster or slower, which is why his plan starts with a market evaluation of your home.
Brick’s median sale price for 2026 through September was $520,000, up from $515,000 in the same months of 2025. That’s the whole township, from condos to waterfront homes, so your home’s number comes from its own comparable sales. Dennis Mark’s market evaluation covers those sales, his read of the home, a recommended list price and the marketing plan. What’s My Home Worth?
Yes, and most of his clients do. His usual plan uses about 60 days from the end of attorney review to line up both deals, often closing on the same day: your sale in the morning, your purchase in the afternoon. Your lender confirms what you can carry. Selling and Buying at the Same Time
Only the ones that pay you back. Because he built and remodeled homes, he walks the house with you, tells you which fixes buyers will pay for and which they won’t, and can line up the trades.
Yes. He and his team handle the showings, the repairs and the paperwork, and you hear about every milestone from listing to closing wherever you are.
For tax year 2025, the average residential tax bill in Brick Township was $8,093. The effective tax rate was 1.575, or about $1.58 per $100 of market value. Any one home’s bill depends on its assessment. Source: NJ Division of Taxation.
Look up the address on FEMA’s Flood Map Service Center, then ask for the elevation certificate and the flood insurance history. Dennis Mark can pull the flood zone for any home you’re considering.
Yes. The township runs three ocean beaches on Route 35 North, on the barrier island across Barnegat Bay, with season badges and lifeguards in summer. Windward Beach on Princeton Avenue is a bayfront park, where swimming isn’t permitted. Source: Township of Brick.
