Beachwood is a small Ocean County borough on the Toms River, and its restaurants are concentrated on one road: Atlantic City Boulevard. It is a short list rather than a long one, so this guide sticks to the places I could confirm were open when it was updated in September 2026. I'm Dennis Mark Interdonato with Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living, and when I help buyers look at a town, knowing where the diner and the pizza place are is part of knowing the town.
Exploring the Culinary Delights
Atlantic City Boulevard is Beachwood's main commercial strip, and the restaurants below all sit along it. Hours change, and small restaurants open and close, so call ahead before you make a special trip.
Casual Dining and Social Hotspots
Stone Fire Grille, 226 Atlantic City Boulevard: A full-service American bar and grill with tapas, pizzas, burgers and wings. Menu items include quesabirria tacos, drunken clams, long hots, burrata and hanger steak bites. It runs lunch specials Tuesday through Friday, a daily happy hour and live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.
Starting the Day Right
Sand Castle Diner, 634 Atlantic City Boulevard: A family-run diner that has been in business since 1988, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Expect omelets, pancakes and waffles in the morning and burgers and seafood later in the day.
Pizza Night
Pies on Nine, 658 Atlantic City Boulevard: A pizzeria known for Sicilian and specialty pies, with paninis, wings, wraps and salads, plus catering and online ordering.
Beachwood is a quiet borough, and its dining is local and low-key. If you are thinking about buying or selling in Beachwood, I'm Dennis Mark Interdonato, and I'm glad to talk through the borough with you, street by street.
