Before you sign anything, I show you the full marketing plan for your home, and the Homes.com brochures that come with my membership are part of that presentation. I'm Dennis Mark Interdonato, I lead The Dennis Mark Group at Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living, and I've been a Homes.com member agent since August 2026. My membership includes brochures and marketing materials made for listing presentations. Here's how I use them, and what you'll see on the table when we sit down.
What is a listing presentation?
It's the meeting where a seller decides who sells their home. I walk through the house with you, we talk about price, and I lay out how I'll market it. You should leave that meeting knowing where your home will show up, who will see it and who answers the questions.
Marketing is hard to picture from a conversation. "We'll put it everywhere" doesn't tell you much. I'd rather you see it on paper first. That's why I built the presentation around a written plan.
What do the Homes.com brochures add?
Homes.com gives its member agents brochures and marketing materials for listing presentations. They put the Homes.com side of my marketing in front of you, so you're not taking my word for what the membership includes.
I don't hand them over and stop there. Next to them, I put the pieces that are specific to your home: the photos I'd lead with, whether the home is eligible for a 3D tour and where its listing will appear. The brochures show what Homes.com offers. My part shows how it applies to your house.
What does the plan show for your home?
Every plan is different, because every home is. These are the Homes.com pieces I walk you through:
- A Matterport 3D tour on every eligible listing. It's included with my membership, and Homes.com puts its value at about $450 per property. My sellers don't pay extra for it.
- Floor plans on the listing page where a tour was shot, so buyers see how the rooms connect.
- My listing agent card on the listing, with my photo and phone number and Homes.com's line "Only Homes.com always connects you with the Listing Agent." Questions about your home come to me.
- Homes.com display ads for the listing.
- My contact list as an advertising audience, so past clients and the people in my network keep seeing my marketing.
Homes.com is one part of the plan. Every home I list also gets its own page on this website, and some of my listings go on Zillow Showcase. You see all of it in one place before we start.
What numbers do I show you?
I show you my own. A brochure tells you what the tools do. My dashboard tells you what they've done for homes I've listed. As of October 27, 2026, on my Homes.com dashboard:
- My listings and profile had 575,401 total views. The day I joined in August 2026, my listings stood at 257,069. That's more than double in about two months.
- My listings had shown at the top of Homes.com search results 16,876 times, up from 2,078 when I joined.
- Homes.com emails had featured me 2,565 times, and alerts had featured me 7,008 times.
- 647 Colts Neck Rd, my most-viewed listing, had 64,109 views, including 12,282 display ad views.
I date every number because they change daily. When we meet, I'll pull the latest ones so you see where they stand that week.
What won't the plan promise?
It won't promise a price, a sale or a date. No brochure can. Views tell you how many people saw a home. Price, condition and the first weeks on the market still decide how it sells.
What the plan does promise is that you know the marketing before it starts. You'll know which tools your home gets, where it will appear and who buyers will talk to. If something in the plan doesn't fit your home, we change it before the listing goes live, not after.
What should you ask in any listing presentation?
Whoever you sit down with, these questions get you a clear picture:
- Where exactly will my home appear online, and can I see an example?
- Who answers when a buyer asks about my home?
- Will my home get a 3D tour or a floor plan, and who pays for it?
- Which numbers can you show me from homes you've listed, and what date are they from?
- What happens to the plan if the home isn't getting showings?
A good agent will be glad you asked. I wrote more about what the membership means in What Is a Homes.com Member Agent?
Where should you go next?
My Homes.com partner page shows how the 3D tours, floor plans, ads and listing agent card fit together for a home I list. My selling page covers how I take a home from the first walkthrough to closing.
I sell homes throughout New Jersey, with Monmouth and Ocean County as home base. If you're thinking about selling, my home value page gives you a starting number for your own home.
The best time to see the marketing plan is before you sign, and that's when I show it.
