The 2,000 square foot clubhouse has an exercise room with weight and cardio equipment, a library, billiards, an atrium room, a sun room, an arts and crafts studio, a demonstration kitchen and a multipurpose room. Outside there is an outdoor pool and patio, two bocce courts, shuffleboard, walking trails through the common areas, and scenic lakes and ponds. 55places lists a calendar of clubs and interest groups, including bingo, ceramics, card games and mah jongg.

ACME Markets at 912 West Bay Avenue in Barnegat is about a quarter mile away in a straight line. Southern Ocean Medical Center (Hackensack Meridian Health) at 1140 Route 72 West in Manahawkin is about 3.3 miles in a straight line. NJ TRANSIT bus route 559, which runs to and from Atlantic City, serves Barnegat Township; I did not confirm the stop closest to the community.
